The first trailer for Men in Black: International has landed, and like previous films in the comedic science-fiction action series, this new spin-off features plenty of hi-tech gadgets and weaponized cars. After Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones starred in the last three films, Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson play two black-suited government agents who team up to fight aliens in London.

Being set in London, the trailer shows the team utilizing a 1970s Jaguar XJ as a weapons rack, with cannons mounted into the side mirrors and a shotgun stuffed behind the rear bumper. Ingeniously, the hubcap can also detach and be used as a drum magazine. James Bond's Q branch would be proud.

Towards the end of the trailer, we also see Hemsworth and Thompson riding in a Lexus RC F sports car. But this is no ordinary Lexus. In a fan-pleasing nod to the 1980s Ford LTD Crown Victoria in the first Men in Black movie, the RC F can also fly Back to the Future-style at the press of a "big red button".

Featuring cool cars in the film make sense when you find out who's sitting in the director's chair. Men in Black: International is being directed by Gary Gray, who also helmed Fate and the Furious. You know, the film with the self-driving zombie cars rampaging through New York and a massive submarine destroying cars. Speaking of Fast & Furious, the first spin-off movie, Hobbs & Shaw, is also releasing next year one month after Men in Black: International.

Men in Black: International is slated to release in cinemas on June 14, 2019, starring Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, and Kumail Nanjiani.
