The CLS-Class sedan has coupe-like styling and quite possibly began this whole four-door coupe phenomenon currently hitting automakers. It is based on the previous generation E-Class sedan, but you wouldn't know that when looking at it. It's low rear roofline gives the car a very sleek and sport coupe-like appearance. While rear headroom is compromised, the overall beauty of the car far outweighs any headspace issues.

The interior is also very similar to the E-Class, but there are additions such as more wood and a sportier gauge cluster. With a standard 5.5 liter V8 with 382 horsepower, performance is also quite decent. The competition is still on its way as BMW has begun work on something similar. Volkswagen has also produced a version of its popular Passat sedan that features coupe styling as well.
