As with previous 'Edition 1' models, Mercedes will offer the new C-Class Edition 1 only during the sedan's first twelve months of production. It's a clever trick to entice buyers to get in early, the benefits of which include a set of 19-inch multi-spoke alloys or optional five-spoke rims. Based on the Avantgarde trim level, the Edition 1 comes in a variety of colors including polar white, palladium silver, and obsidian black. Inside, a black Nappa leather-wrapped console combines with a black fabric headliner and design velour floor mats.

Exterior badging and 'Mercedes-Benz' illuminated lettering on sill plates identifies the special edition model, while other goodies include a leather-wrapped AMG Line three-spoke sports steering wheel and heated front seats covered in designo Nappa leather. Mercedes will start rolling out the C-Class Edition 1 from April 7.
