Don't think for a moment that the SL63 AMG is a weak performer when compared to the SL65 AMG. The latter was designed with numbers in mind. The SL63 AMG, on the other hand, is more about the driving experience. It has a 6.2 liter V8 making 518 hp mated to a seven-speed AMG Speedshift MCT transmission. The engine is tuned specifically for those who love the sound of a proper race-ready V8 and the best part is that this engine is street legal.
In terms of being a driver's car, it features the automaker's Active Body Control (ABC) that has two settings: Standard and Sport. Standard gives the driver a more comfortable cruise while Sport, as you can guess, has a more aggressive style as it increases the damper rates and reduces roll.
