All-new 500-hp hi-po wagon will be with us next year.
After being spied on the streets, Mercedes’ upcoming hi-po wagon has been caught testing at the Nurburgring. Less camo means more of the next-gen C63 AMG Estate is on show, but the new front fascia remains hidden behind a black-and-white swirly disguise. To match the 500 hp generated from the new 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, the C63 T will sport a larger front air dam, quad exhausts, revised side skirts, beefier brakes, modified bumpers and a lower ride height.
Despite the engine change, the C63 moniker is expected to carry over as it’s too valuable to let go of. The C63 sedan will debut early next year, with the wagon to follow sometime thereafter.
