Subtle styling upgrades are complemented by a power boost; CLA45 AMG upped to 450 hp.
A new tuning program for the stylish compact four-door coupe has been announced by Carlsson in time for the Frankfurt Motor Show, with the CLA-Class receiving a host of enhancements both inside and out. The aerodynamic upgrade part of the program consists of a front spoiler for CLA's with the AMG Sport package, contoured side sills, and new rear apron housing a Carlsson sports quad exhaust. A choice of 18, 19, and 20 inch alloys are available in two styles, 1/10 and 1/16 RS, finished in titanium , diamond, graphite and brilliant.
The tuner also offers a 35mm lowered suspension or fully-adjustable coilover suspension. A new C-tronic CB Plug & Drive module boosts the CLA200 to 187 hp and 221 lb-ft of torque, and the CLA250 to 253 hp and 309 lb-ft of torque, while a CLS conversion for the CLA45 AMG boosts output to a supercar killing 450 hp. Leather and Alcantara has been used to restyle the cabin along with illuminated sill plates and alloy pedals.
