Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe Filmed in Germany

Spy Video

High-performance coupe will arrive alongside regular S Coupe sometime next year.

It was unwittingly leaked via a promotional video, and we’ve spied it in prototype form, now it’s time to see and hear the all-new Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG via a video that captured the high-performance S-Class close to the Nurburgring. Powered by the same 577-hp 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 that sits in the recently unveiled S63 sedan, the coupe is expected to match the four-door’s performance figures including a four-second 0-62 mph time and top speed in excess of 186 mph.

In the US, power will be sent exclusively via a seven-speed auto and four-wheel drive, while other markets will get the choice of rear-wheel drive.
