Mercedes SLR Club Climbs the Alps

Supercar

Dramatic landscapes deserve to be enjoyed in dramatic automobiles.

Last year it was Croatia, this year the Mercedes-Benz SLR Club decided to head to the Alps for its annual getaway. Starting in Geneva, the 500-km ride went through the stunning Jura Mountains, the idyllic Lac de Joux, and through typically steep Alpine passes. Chocolatiers, watchmakers and other Swiss specialties were enjoyed by the SLR McLaren drivers throughout the four-day trek, as was the glorious landscape and panoramic views from the mountain passes.
