Mopar has just announced they will be offering more than 300 accessories for the Ram Trucks brand in 2011. Claiming that Ram Truck customers typically spend more than $500 accessorizing their trucks, sales are expected to increase with the ever-growing catalog of parts. For 2010, the Mopar brand nearly doubled their sales numbers and will increase their portfolio by some 1,500 items this year alone.

All told, more than 9,000 accessories are available for Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Expectations are especially high for the Ram Tradesman, a value-priced HEMI-powered Ram 1500 regular cab that Chrysler hopes will appeal to those searching for a high-value hard-working performance truck. Some of the accessories for the Tradesman include a sliding toolbox, aluminum and steel ladder racks, bedliners, heavy-duty splashguards, and diamond plate aluminum toolboxes that are permanently mounted to the truck's bed.

According to the official press release, Ram Trucks are in fact the second-most accessorized vehicle. The Dodge Challenger remains number one.
