If that is indeed the right word.
We tend to think it's a little bit silly when what is clearly a marketing video gets called a "documentary," which is most definitely what's going on here. But we're also generally willing to look the other way if there is high enough production value and plenty of shots of tire smoke. And fortunately, these are things which are also present in the video here, which tells the story of the Dodge Viper, or at least, the current Viper, and not just the history of the nameplate.
The voice over is the kind of thing you'd hear in an action movie trailer, and while a minute or two of that is fine, it gets somewhat grating toward the end of this. Still worth watching though.
