The unfortunate death of the American station wagon is something that every automotive publication has gone on and on about for years. And even the wagons we do get, glorious as the CTS-V Sport Wagon is, aren't really station wagons in the classic sense. It's not a real American wagon unless unplanned pregnancies are a regular occurrence in the cargo area behind the back seats. And there could be no better car for that than this.

This is a 1963 Cadillac Series 62 with a Vista roof (so named because of the large fixed skylight over the rear cargo area) wagon back end. This was not a factory option, and although the conversion looks very professional, we don't know who did it. Here's what we do know: the Buy It Now price is $38,000, it has 84,000 miles on the clock and the original Cadillac 390 V8 is under the hood. The owner says the A/C and front power seat motor both need changing. Lastly, in what is possibly the best line in any used car ad "cruise control is a mystery to me."
