The Chevrolet Corvette is an American darling, and the C8, the first mid-engined version of this classic sports car, has proven to be wildly popular amongst the rich and famous, especially rappers and sports stars who customize them beyond recognition. The latest star to get behind the wheel of a C8 Corvette is none other than NBA player Jordan Clarkson of the Utah Jazz, and as you can see this is one interesting ride. Clarkson's Corvette has been modified by Champion Motoring of San Diego, California. This is the same shop that designed and executed the crazy two-tone look on hip hop artist Boosie's C8 Corvette, so they're no strangers to breaking with tradition.

Clarkson did not go for a subtle look: his custom C8 Corvette has been wrapped in an eye-catching Gloss Ivory color, including the door sills and even the door 'boomerangs' which most tend to leave in a contrasting color. This move might be controversial, but it actually looks cohesive, and ties the car together by making the wheels the main point of focus. We don't expect the usual C8 crowd to appreciate this color choice however, as bright colors and in-your-face graphics seem to be the go-to style right now. Breaking even further with tradition is the multi-spoke wheel design.

These 21/22-inch Forgiato wheels look like they belong on a Donk or old-school Cadillac, and don't necessarily fit the C8's personality, but once again, Champion Motoring manages to pull it off.

This C8 Vette features the 3LT trim package with an attractive Morello Red interior which beautifully matches the Glossy Ivory wrap on the outside. As for the rest of the car, the details are uncertain, but the interior seems to be stock standard, and there is no word on any engine modifications. Not that this ivory palace on wheels needs to draw any more attention.
