The all-new Aston Martin Vantage easily won this year's supercar beauty contest, with its dashing looks that inspired James Bond's DB10 in Spectre. But if the previous model is anything to go by, the coupe is just one of many Vantage variants that will be launched in the next few years. Just days after its reveal, rendering artists have wasted no time in giving the new Vantage the Photoshop treatment, removing its roof to show us what an inevitable Roadster variant could look like.

Now, the same Russian render artist Aksyonov Nikita has extended the carbon fiber-roof, converting the Vantage into a shooting brake with stunning results. Aston Martins certainly make appealing shooting brakes as we saw with the recent Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake. A Vantage-based shooting brake seems unlikely to happen, but let's hope this inspires the Italian coachbuilder to make one. It would certainly make a more affordable alternative to the Ferrari GTC4Lusso, which has around 100 more horses under the hood in the T variant, while the range-topping V12 variant packs 680 hp. Currently, Aston Martin is only offering the new Vantage with the DB11's AMG-sourced V8.

However, we expect it won't take long before a V12 version rolls out. Later down the line, we'll likely see more extreme variants of the new Vantage emerge, and Nikita has given us a glimpse at what they may look like with track-focused GT and GT8 variants. Both are extensively clad in carbon fiber and sport rear wings providing extra downforce. Of the two, the GT is the most hardcore with its front canards, prominent splitter, and hood vents with carbon fiber gills. The GT8, on the other hand, features a enlarged exhaust tips positioned closer to the center of the rear bumper much like the previous Vantage GT8.
