Earlier this year, one of the trim levels of the 2021 Ram 1500 received a slight name change. The Laramie Longhorn trim is now called the Limited Longhorn, positioning this Ram as one of the top luxury options available. Now with the name change in place, Ram has released yet another special edition version of its luxury truck, this time inspired by the Southwest region of the United States.

"The new 2021 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition is a tip of the Stetson to 10 years as a stand-alone brand building the best trucks, featuring the ultimate combination of capability, luxury, and refinement," said Mike Koval Jr, Head of the Ram Brand. "Truck buyers in this rarified air expect to see and feel the highest quality materials, and the Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition is another example of how we deliver the most luxurious pickups in the industry."

The Limited Longhorn 10th Anniversary Edition pays homage to the decade since Ram became a standalone brand after spinning off from the Dodge division. On the interior, owners will find iconic Longhorn design cues inspired by an antique pocket watch, hand-tooled leather cowboy boots, and a horseman's saddle. These details are all crafted using top-quality materials such as wood, metal, and leather.

Al lof the special editions receive a segment-exclusive leather-wrapped dashboard, suede door bolsters, and leather seat inserts with a Laser Filigree detail highlight. The Mountain Brown interior color pairs with hammered metal aluminum liquid graphite accents, a 10th Anniversary Edition cluster graphic and badge, a Gloss Black shifter center cap, a metal pedal kit, and a brushed-zinc antique badge.

On the exterior, Ram distinguished the truck with a chrome-slat grille and header, which surround the LED headlights. Chrome bumpers, tow hooks, and sidesteps all come standard, while a special tailgate badge, multi-function tailgate, and new 20-inch wheels can all come in a variety of finishes.

Buyers can select between a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 or a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 engine with a turbocharger. Pricing starts at $56,870 (plus $1,695 for destination) for the CrewCab bodystyle, and buyers can opt for a five-foot seven-inch bed or a six-foot four-inch bed length.
