Nissan GT-R Powers Up Ski Hill

Offbeat

The Japanese carmaker's go-anywhere supercar killer proves its versatility.

Afterdemonstrating its snow-drifting skills in the all-wheel-drive supercar-killerearlier this year, Team Ice Ricers has upped the ante by taking Godzilla up aski slope at Kabdalis in northern Sweden. The Nissan GT-R was also designed as anall-weather sports car, and this proves it has driving in the cold, snow, andice locked down. Automotivemovie producer Fredrik Jonsson from Redhouse Media created the video short ofthe camouflaged GT-R as it destroyed the uphill ski run leaving snowmobiles in its wake.

More action-packed runs are planned for the future. But first the Swedish gearheads intend to crank the GT-R’s power up to 1,000 hp. While we look forward to that, check out their latest effort below.
