Sometimes simplicity is the best way to go fast. Like 215 mph fast.
Today we're accustomed to new supercars with high-tech electronics and quick shifting (but heavy) dual-clutch gearboxes. Not to mention other things like launch control and anti-lock brakes. But the Noble M600 has none of that, and yet it was still faster around the Top Gear test track than a Pagani Zonda F Roadster and the Bugatti Veyron. Powered by a Yamaha-built V8 outfitted with twin turbochargers, the M600 has up to 650 horsepower depending on driver settings. And it has a six-speed manual. 0-62 mph happens in 3.2 seconds and it can hit a top speed of 215 mph.
