Huracan Tecnica

Novitec has created a subtle body kit for the Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica that makes the already gorgeous supercar even more attractive. The kit leaves the Lambo's glorious V10 alone, but the carbon fiber treatment it offers to the rest elevates the vehicle without getting in the way like some other tuners' kits like to do.

The company has been taking on some ambitious projects recently like pushing the unconventional McLaren Elva to new heights and attempting to make the Tesla Model Y look less like a rolling blob, but this new Tecnica kit is more on-brand for the German tuner.

The tailor-made aerodynamic package offers the driver the ability to add their own subtle design cues while also giving the vehicle a little more ability too. Most importantly, practically all of it can be optioned to be naked carbon too, offering a lovely physical contrast.

They first started up front, where the fascia was left stock, but a new trunk lid was added that features integrated air vents to give the vehicle more stability at high speeds. Moving down the sides, the rocker panels have also been replaced with sportier ones that give the car a more imposing stance while offering better cooling to the rear brakes. The side mirrors were then replaced with their own version and should really only be ordered in naked carbon fiber.

Working with the US company Vossen, the wheels, which come in 72 colors, have been replaced with 20-inch ones in the front and 21-inch ones in the rear. The six-spoke Novitec NL4 wheels were designed to fit precisely under the wheel arches and wear 245/30 ZR high-performance tires on the front and 325/25/ZR 21 tires on the rear increasing the car's grip nicely.

The car then rides lower on a Magneto suspension by about 35 millimeters. The company also offers a Novitec aluminum coilover suspension if an owner would prefer that instead. That system provides 14 selectable settings for damping at any speed and can lower the vehicle by 35 millimeters if desired.

The car still "only" outputs 640 horsepower, but the company is offering high-performance exhaust systems with available active sound management in either stainless steel or F1-inspired INCONEL. The INCONEL one can even be fitted with 999 fine gold plating if you really want to go crazy with thermal management.

The inside can then be fitted with whatever sort of interior an owner would like, with Novitec offering the ability to really cater to its client's tastes.

Pricing wasn't included, but given its customizability, it will likely vary substantially. The kit not only looks great but is also very cohesive with the Huracan's original design. If you told us this was a factory option for the car we wouldn't be surprised. We recommend companies like Mansory take a few notes.
