How to make an F12 Berlinetta even faster? You make it more aerodynamic and tweak its engine.
Germany-based tuning firm Novitec Rosso has just unveiled its latest Ferrari F12 Berlinetta project, modestly upgrading last year's offering. The first thing everyone is going to notice is that dramatic wide body kit, which is entirely composed of carbon fiber. It includes new fender flares, front and rear bumpers, grille, air scoop on the hood, mirror covers, and a diffuser. Novitec also added its touch by further upgrading the F12's suspension. It now rides on 21-inch rims up front and 22-inch out back.
But perhaps the best change lies under the hood. That sweet-sounding 6.3-liter V12 has been given an ECU remap that now provides a total output of 781 horsepower and 524 lb-ft of torque, up from 730hp and 509 lb-ft. Novitec also added a new high-performance quad exhaust system, and top speed is a reported 217 mph, which is up from a previously tested 211 mph. Official pricing and time of availability has yet to be announced.
