Novitec Russo is no stranger to tuning the best Italian supercars. The very best of the best, in fact. Their latest creation involves the ultra-rare Ferrari SA Aperta, the open-roof version of the 599. As usual, the tuning firm put their time and efforts into the performance aspect by adding on a twin-supercharged kit. Coming with a standard 6.7-liter V12 with 670hp, power has been increased to 888hp and boosts a peak torque of 635lb-ft.

Top speed is now more than 211 mph and it can go from 0 to 62mph in just 3.1 seconds. It will hit 124mph in 9.1 seconds and will shatter the 186mph barrier after just 21.9 seconds. Other options available from the tuner include extremely lightweight forged wheels, sport springs, and a stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system with butterfly valve. The exterior has been enhanced by a GTO-style front spoiler lip, side skirts and rear fascia. There's also clear-coated carbon-fiber components that come with a matte finish. There are also 21-inch wheels up front and 22-inchers out back.

But the real heart of the tuning program is the bi-compressor engine which includes two mechanical high-performance superchargers that give this Italian beast its amazing performance.
