One Chance for a One-Off Ferrari 575 GTZ


Up for auction on May 17 in Monaco.

The only one of its kind ever built, this Ferrari 575 GTZ wascommissioned in 2006 by Ferrari enthusiast and collector Yoshiyuki Hayashi andpresented at the ’06 Geneva Motor Show. It was built to mark the 50thanniversary of the epic 250 GT and designed as a modern take on the 250 GTBerlinetta Zagato. With a “double bubble” roof and two-tone paint scheme, the575 GTZ was based on the Ferrari 575 and also shared its massive 5.7-liter, V-12 engine.

The car was rated at 508 horsepower and delivered 0-62mphtimes of just 4.2-seconds, topping out at 202mph. With only one ever built, itis expected to be quite a hit when it crosses the block in Monaco on May 17th.Check out the full lot listing here.
