One-Off Satin Volcanic Red McLaren P1 Trimmed With 24-Karat Gold

Automotive photographer GF Williams recently created this stunning gallery of a one-off McLaren P1 shot at the carmaker's Woking facility. Customized by MSO, the hypercar was finished in a unique Satin Volcano Red paint job, a color that also trims some interior components, while 24-karat gold plate adorns the exhaust shield in a nod to the McLaren F1. It's also extremely useful at preventing the hot exhaust manifold from scorching the carbon-fiber body and engine bay lining. The fact it looks spectacular is an added bonus.
