Opel Astra GTC by Steinmetz

Essen Motor Show

A new tuning program adds some modest upgrades to the already sporty GTC.

Opel-tuning specialists Steinmetz have developed a customized styling program for the new Astra GTC, which they unveiled at the Essen Motor Show. The styling kit includes new black upper & lower front grilles, roof & boot spoilers, a front apron and new exhaust tail pipes. Side stripes in silver and anthracite, door handle covers and mirror caps finished in polished stainless steel, and the Steinmetz logo for the vehicle flank completes the new look.

New 19-inch alloys have been added to the three-door hatch, and a new sports suspension has the dual effect of enhancing the stance and improving handling by bringing the car 30mm closer to the tarmac. Of the interior modifications, the highlights include the Steinmetz electronic speed indicator, floor mats with embroidered logo, polished stainless-steel sill plates and a bumper protection for the trunk.
