Pininfarina Phantom DHC Spotted

One-off

Custom coachbuild Rolls-Royce convertible goes to show not everything Pininfarina does is a hit.

Pininfarina is known for some achingly beautiful designs. It even created a one-off Rolls-Royce a few years ago based on the Phantom Drophead Coupe it called the Hyperion. But this – this is another matter entirely. Spotted in South Africa, this (hopefully) one-of-a-kind Pininfarina-bodied Rolls DHC is reportedly worth $2.3 million. Or that’s how much the owner is said to have paid for it, anyway. It’s wearing Pininfarina badges, but we hope the famed Italian design studio had nothing to do with it.
