This is one of the scariest things that can happen on the road.
This crazy video comes to us all the way from Germany's North-Rhine-Westphalia state. Unfortunately it doesn't make the picturesque region look very good. What makes this video "crazy" is the fact that an irate van driver deliberately rammed a scooter off the road. The scooter driver cut off the van after it stopped while exiting a roundabout. The scooter rider reportedly gave the driver the finger which caused him to freak out and ram the guy into the street.
