Pontiac Vibe - The End of the Line

Industry News

The 2010 Pontiac Vibe is the last of the Pontiac line. The Vibe still remains a vehicle with cargo space to rival larger crossovers, but its drive is unexciting. Some highlights about this soon to be departing vehicle are that it has terrible fuel economy, a comfy interior and massive cargo area. Then Vibe does have strong engines that provide a competent ride quality, and its independent suspension receives excellent reviews.

The Vibe is powered by a modified 1.8-liter engine that is noticeably improved in performance since the previous years. If you're looking for something sportier, the 2.4-liter engine is a better choice. The exterior did not benefit too much from the most recent redesign, but its look is still preferred over that of the Toyota Matrix's. With better quality materials, the cabin has improved inside the Vibe; but alas, it appears to be too late in the game for this car.
