We're not sure this would work as camo, but there is a certain appeal to seeing a car covered in popcorn. Created by a German art student (obviously), the 1983 VW was selected for his inspired piece of work as it's "a vehicle that represents my generation." It took a year to coat the popular hatch in popcorn, applied using an air heating machine. So why popcorn and not M&Ms or some other tasty snack? The Braunschweig University of Art student said it was because popcorn "conveys joy and beautiful memories with family and friends." A typical art student response right there.
