No other sneaker-car company collaboration exhibits a shared passion better than Porsche and Puma. Their latest partnership is an exclusive range of sneakers dubbed "Dreams in Colours" to mark Porsche's 30th anniversary in Thailand.

The Porsche x Puma California Pro 911 "Dreams in Colours" collection pays homage to the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS "30 Years Porsche Thailand" model. While Nike has previously created a Porsche-inspired sneaker, Puma seems to hold the brand much closer to heart.

The collection is limited to just 1,993 pairs to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Porsche's formal introduction into Thailand in 1993. There are seven color variations - Signal Yellow, Ruby Star, Signal Green, Pastel Orange, Riviera Blue, Ultra Violet, and Fire Red - that correspond to different days of the week, as per Thai culture.

The kaleidoscopic sneaker line complements the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition, a limited-edition car created to commemorate Porsche's three decades in Southeast Asia. The sports car was unveiled earlier this year in a variety of similar colors and it quickly sold out.

The sneakers' design extends beyond the standard California Pro model. It has insoles with a classic Porsche 964 on the right and a 911 Carrera GTS '30 Years Porsche Thailand' on the left, as well as a modern '911' logo on the back pull tab.

Both brands are also in collaboration with 88rising to identify fresh and rising talent at Carnival Bangkok's flagship shop in Siam Square, Pathum Wan. Interested young artists are encouraged to showcase their talent on TikTok by tagging #DreamsinColours. One lucky winner will be chosen to attend 88Rising's writing camp in either Los Angeles, California, or Bali, Indonesia, where they can improve their abilities.

Thailand has a rich heritage of car and sneaker culture. Copping these rare sneakers might be another reason to visit the beautiful Southeast Asian country where the sneakers are now on sale.
