The Porsche 911 GT3 Touring looks brilliant in all-black.
If you think the hardcore Porsche 911 GT3 looks too aggressive for everyday use, the new Touring Package is the perfect solution as it tones down the styling of the track-focused sports car. Gone is the giant, swan-neck wing that dominates the rear of the 911 GT3, replaced with an adaptive rear spoiler that can be raised or lowered on demand. We love the 911 GT3 Touring's more subdued appearance, and now Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur is showcasing some of the personalization options available that can make it look even better.
In a photo shared on Facebook, the personalization division is showcasing a 911 GT3 Touring with tinted LED lights and Satin Black wheels measuring 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the back.
Inside, the customized 911 GT3 Touring features a stunning two-tone Exclusive Manufaktur leather interior in Black and Lipstick Red, complemented with red stitching and piping on the floor mats. It's a perfect combination that gives the 911 GT3 Touring a stealthy, blacked-out appearance.
Other subtle changes the Touring Package provides include a color-matched front end, Touring badging, and a leather interior. The wingless 911 GT3 Touring may look less racy than the standard car, but the car's performance hasn't been compromised.
Like the standard GT3, the Touring variant is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine producing 502 horsepower and 346 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds and top out at 197 mph with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Unlike the standard GT3, the Touring version can be configured with a six-speed manual transmission, which increases the top speed to 199 mph.
The Touring Package is available as a no-cost option for the 911 GT3, which starts at $163,450, but adding extra Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur options will hike up the price.
