The guys at TechArt are no strangers to putting together awe-inspiring Porsches, and its latest release keeps the bar set high. For this project, the base car used can be either the new Porsche 911 Turbo or the Turbo S variant from the latest 991-generation. When the company works it's magic on a car, it's usually a full-house affair with a combination of both styling changes as well as power upgrades, which can be had as a package or in separate parts. The 911 GTStreet R as seen here features all the options.

Firstly, the power. The current kits take the car's power up to 632 hp from 533 hp and the torque rises from 524 lb-ft to a decent 649 lb-ft. This applies for both models. It's in 2017 that things will heat up a little more when the tuning package will instead offer up to 710 hp. That version should be properly nuts because on the 632 hp upgrade TechArt claims the Porsche can get from 0-62 mph in 2.7 seconds, shaving 0.2 seconds off the stock version, and it can stretch it's legs to reach a top speed of a high 210 mph. Interiors feature many options that include materials color-matched to the exterior paint, carbon fiber trim as well as color-matching on the roll cage and 6-point harnesses.

Ride height is adjustable with VarioPlus coilovers in play that are hooked up to the Porsche PDDC system that allows the nose to be raised to navigate obstacles. Combined with the optional wheels, the stance becomes aggressive. 21-inch wheels will do that, but the top choice is the 20-inch centerlock set. Body panels are replaced with carbon pieces, a front splitter is fitted, front arches feature GT3-style air vents to help flow and cooling. The rear gets air outlets and also a diffuser and that sexy, adjustable large rear wing - everything results in over 700 lbs of downforce at 186 mph. As you can imagine, high speed handling is now even better. We love the full upgrade package and can't wait for videos of it to emerge.
