Manufacturers of exotics and premium models tend to go the extra mile to immerse customers in the brand. After all, if you've spent six figures on a new car, your expectations are justifiably higher. Porsche is no exception, and besides providing endless thrills with models like the 911 and Cayman, the company has given fans the gift of several Porsche Experience Centers found around the world.

We had the opportunity to visit the Experience Center in Atlanta earlier this year and were not disappointed. Now, Canadians will have their own Porsche playground to enjoy. Porsche has announced that its tenth Experience Center will be built in Toronto, Canada.

The future Porsche Experience Center Toronto will be located on a site measuring 20 acres in Pickering, Ontario. As with other Porsche Experience Centers, this one is a lot more than a swankier showroom. It will have a casino, a luxury hotel with over 300 rooms, a concert hall, and over 400,000 square feet of retail space. Porsche describes the Toronto site as the first "urban" version of the concept, whereby visitors can enjoy the dynamic thrills of Porsche sports cars, check out exhibitions, or have a meal at the cafe, all throughout the year. A driving circuit that's over 1.2 miles long will allow lucky patrons to experience Porsche models in a secure environment. This is in contrast to the forest-surrounded center in Japan that mimics Laguna Seca's Corkscrew and the Nubrugring's Karussel corners.

"Porsche is more than just a car," said Detlev von Platen, member of the executive board for sales and marketing at Porsche AG. "Porsche is a promise for a unique brand and product experience and since the first opening in Silverstone in 2008, our Porsche Experience Centers are the best way to get this promise. I couldn't be happier that we can now announce the tenth location of its kind in Toronto."

The Porsche Experience Center Toronto will be the third center of its kind in North America after Atlanta and Los Angeles. It's scheduled to open in 2024.
