Presenting the Hennessey'ed Corvette Stingray

Tuning

It's everything you were hoping it would be.

We know this is the one many of you have been waiting for, and we’re thrilled that Hennessey has finally revealed it. The Texas-based automaker and tuner has just unveiled a new aftermarket program for the all-new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. John Hennessey is quick to point out the new Vette is already fantastic off the production line, but that its brakes, suspension and overall dynamics just scream to go faster. And that’s just what Hennessey has done.

The new HPE500 upgrade package, costing $4,995 installed, adds stainless steel long-tube headers, midpipes and high-flow cat along with an engine computer recalibration. There's now a total of 507 hp and 518 lb-ft. Expect to see a 0-60 time of 3.8 seconds. Just 500 units are planned for 2014.
