The Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) dealerships meeting in Las Vegas is proving to be a wealth of info on new cars. First it was the revived Barracuda and now we're hearing about the Hellcat-powered Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. Now we've known about this nutty SUV for some time, but apparently FCA actually brought it out for dealers to see. According to Motor Authority's source, the response to the Trackhawk from the room was as follows: "That thing sounds insane!"

What makes the Trackhawk so nuts is that it has all-wheel drive. This is what will help it get from 0-60 mph in a blistering 2.7 seconds, at least according to FCA. That number is damn nuts and will likely go up once independently tested. Still, this SUV will be fast as hell thanks to the aforementioned use of AWD and the fact that source says it's shedding 500 pounds. Recently we heard HEMI V8s will disappear from the Dodge lineup come 2019, which means FCA had better move fast if it wants to sell a number of these things. Speaking of sales, there's a rumored MSRP of $79,999 but that has not been confirmed. Good luck getting one of these for that cheap or at all.
