Prior Design Tunes Mercedes-Benz SL Black Edition

German tuners at Prior Design give their blessings to the Mercedes-Benz SL Back Edition. No word on final pricing.

German aftermarket specialist Prior Design gives the Mercedes-Benz SL R230FL a little twist. The new package has been dubbed Black Edition and offers a new front and rear bumper, front hood, front fenders, side skirts, rear trunk spoiler, rear diffuser and front lip spoiler. There's even a replacement windshield washer tank. In addition, there's a set of 20-inch PD1 Wheels to round out the exterior.

Prior Design has not touched anything under the hood as far as we know. The German tuners drew inspiration for the Black Edition from the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black Series, only with a more aggressive look. No word yet on pricing for the package.
