Yet another classic Porsche tuning outfit has surfaced in the form of PROJEKT911, which has revealed the designs for its first build, dubbed Jaded, which aims to be completed for the 2023 SEMA Show. The creation takes inspiration from the legendary RUF CTR Yellowbird and various modern and classic Porsches.

Even the paint has historical roots, based on the Hellgrun hue debuted by Porsche in 1972. Then we have the deep-dish wheels made by Augment Wheels in Canada. These rims reference those of the iconic 917K that raced in the 1970 24 Hours of Le Mans, while the single-piece LED light bar on the rear of the car is based on that of the current-generation 992 911.

A carbon fiber ducktail rear adds some RS flavor, while more carbon can be found in the cabin. The dash and upper door cards feature satin carbon fiber, while the trim accents see the carbon painted to match the exterior. The headliner and roof pillars are trimmed in Charcoal Dinamica suede, while the seats and other interior elements get the same material in Aubergine, reportedly the first application of this hue of Dinamica in the world.

A wooden gear knob calls to mind the Carrera GT hypercar, while a retrofitted steering wheel from a 991.2 GT3 RS adds a touch more modernity to the old-school theme.

As for the air-cooled engine, we do not yet know anything besides that Ed Pink Racing Engines is working on it, but if PROJEKT911 wants to take a slice of the pie that the likes of Singer Vehicle Design and Gunther Werks divide amongst themselves, we hope for around 500 horsepower. Then again, if weight is kept low enough, the company could get away with far less, as evidenced by the work that Theon Design carries out.

Like Indecent, PROJEKT911 wants to make enough of a splash at SEMA that successive builds can become possible. For that to happen, we assume the company will price itself well below what Singer and GW charge, but first, we need to see a finished product in the metal.
