Anyone who has ever tried to back up a trailer down a boat launch ramp will tell you that it's damn hard, at least the first few times you do it. Having to readjust constantly can be time-consuming and embarrassing as hell. The 2016 F-150 is making that issue a thing of the past with Pro Trailer Backup Assist. It's fairly ingenious. Once the truck is in reverse you monitor the trailer with the backup camera and steer using a small knob.

You still need to apply the gas and brake, so you can't exactly sleepwalk through the whole process. Check out the video here to see the tech demoed by Ford.
