Land Rover is celebrating six years of the Range Rover Evoque with a new special edition model of the luxury SUV. Dubbed the Evoque Landmark it comes in a unique shade of Moraine Blue, supposedly inspired by the turquoise lakes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Since its inception in 2011, more than 600,000 units of the Range Rover Evoque have rolled off Land Rover's Halewood production plant. And sales are still going strong with an Evoque being made every 170 seconds.

March was an all-time high for a single month with almost 18,000 units sold; 80 percent of models find new owners in 130 overseas markets. Priced at 39,000 GBP in the UK in TD4 spec, orders for the Evoque Landmark will open tomorrow. If blue isn't your thing, then the special edition Evoque is also available in Yulong White and Corris Grey. It comes with a body kit, a Carpathian Grey contrast panoramic roof, 19-inch Gloss Dark Grey alloys, and Graphite Atlas grille, hood, fender vent and tailgate lettering. The grey theme continues inside, with a brushed satin center console, and Ebony leather seats with Light Lunar contrast stitching.

What makes Evoque so special is its relevance. The design remains modern and fresh. The Evoque is widely acknowledged to have brought a whole new youthful generation of buyers into the Range Rover brand, including more women. Its success was clear from the start and gave us the confidence to break new ground, which you can see with vehicles like the Evoque Convertible. This Landmark Special Edition is a celebration of six years of success so far." As is the norm with special editions, the Evoque Landmark comes loaded with options including the 10-inch InControl Touch Pro system with 4G WiFi hotspot functionality and apps including Spotify.
