Special new trim debuts in Geneva, adds 45 horsepower to previous engine.
Land Rover has just announced an upcoming new addition to the Range Rover Evoque model it plans to unveil at the Geneva show next month. The Evoque Autobiography comes in two levels, with the range-topping Autobiography Dynamic making 245 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque from the same turbocharged 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine offered in the current model. It will receive an updated 9-speed automatic transmission, offering improved responses.
The Dynamic model will come standard with the active driveline four-wheel drive system that is optional on other Evoque models. It also offers Land Rover's InControl Apps for smartphone integration on the SUV's touchscreen. The Autobiography Dynamic is fitted with a leather interior available in six colors, and the Dynamic Plus is given all that plus sports or premium climate seats. Autobiography models will get signature interior touches, like embossed headrest logos and more. Land Rover says this model brings "increased connectivity, desirability, luxury and dynamic ability to the already successful line-up."
