Special new trim debuts in Geneva, adds 45 horsepower to previous engine.
Land Rover has just announced an upcoming new addition tothe Range Rover Evoque model it plans to unveil at the Geneva show next month. TheEvoque Autobiography comes in two levels, with therange-topping Autobiography Dynamic making 245 horsepower and 295 lb-ft oftorque from the same turbocharged 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine offered in thecurrent model. It will receive an updated 9-speed automatic transmission, offeringimproved responses.
The Dynamic model will come standard with the activedriveline four-wheel drive system that is optional on other Evoque models. Italso offers Land Rover’s InControl Apps for smartphone integration on the SUV’stouchscreen. The Autobiography Dynamic is fitted with a leather interioravailable in six colors, and the Dynamic Plus is given all that plus sports orpremium climate seats. Autobiography models will get signature interiortouches, like embossed headrest logos and more. Land Rover says this modelbrings “increased connectivity, desirability, luxury and dynamic ability to thealready successful line-up."
