Luxurious SUVs are a dime a dozen these days. Every company from Porsche to Aston Martin and now even Ferrari offers or is developing a high-end SUV. But one of the original companies to make its name with SUVs is Land Rover with its Range Rover, and few automakers build luxurious off-roaders quite like it. The time has almost come for this British bruiser to be replaced, but in the meantime, Land Rover has revealed two very special, very expensive special editions.

Meet the Range Rover SVAutobiography Ultimate editions, each of which is tailored to the exacting specifications of Land Rover's most upper-class bespoke division.

The first is the long-wheelbase SVAutobiography Ultimate, which comes with satin Orchard Green paint, a Narvik black roof, and Copper detailing. A gloss black knurled infill and copper-edged metal badging on the hood and tailgate add subtle clues to this car's attention to detail, while embroidered headrests, illuminated treadplates, and a special commissioning plaque help the interior feel just as special.

Power-closing rear doors feature alongside heated and cooled reclining airline-style seats that are finished in Vintage Tan semi-aniline leather. Those seats also feature a hot stone massage function, as well as calf and footrests for rear occupants. A refrigerated compartment in the center console is complemented by a Zenith timepiece and deployable tables for ultimate enjoyment. Copper Weave carbon fiber trim elements are also included, while leather from Poltrona Frau is available as an option.

The other model on offer is the SVAutobiography Dynamic, available only as a standard-wheelbase vehicle. It's got sportier calibration of its steering and suspension and sits approximately 0.3 inches lower than standard, while forged 22-inch wheels finished in Gloss Dark Grey with a contrasting diamond-turned finish are an option. Graphite Atlas accents throughout the exterior add a sinister look, while anodized red paddle shifter and a knurled finish on the shift controller, start button, and pedals hint further at luxurious performance. Diamond-quilted Ebony/Vintage Tan semi-aniline leather with Steel Weave carbon fiber trim accents add more style.

Both models are powered by a 557-horsepower supercharged V8, and both are very expensive: the sporty Dynamic Ultimate starts at $187,900 while the opulent long-wheelbase Ultimate model costs at least $218,500.
