Reader's Rides: Gary Rayner

What's the perfect addition to the beautiful Australian Gold Coast for this 24 year old nurse? A Skyline, of course.

Heyguys, my name is Gary and I'm 24 years old. I live in Australia, on the beautifulGold Coast and have for the last 9 years. My fiancé Alaina and I are nurses. I'm a mental health nurse and she works in emergency. Mypassion for cars grew when I was 12 years old in New Zealand. My two olderbrothers used to take me along to the local auto saloons, drags and variousother car meets around the country.

I have owned a few cars, but mostly motorbikes that I have taken on as projects until now, where I thought I would buy my first project car and try do everything myself. I have settled on this 1995 Nissan Skyline GTS25T, for the looks, the performance and the ease of tuning. I also want to start entering some amateur drift events for a bit of fun and the Skyline has all the necessary ingredients for a great track/drift car.
