Hi, my name is Tyler Tarbox. I'm a student at Austin College located in Sherman, Texas (about halfway between Dallas and Oklahoma). I have always loved cars, ever since I was young. In fact, I'm pretty sure my first word was "car". My passion for cars has definitely been passed down to me from my father. He's always had a bunch of cool and fast cars that I enjoyed riding in, and nowadays I get to occasionally drive them. When I was 16 I got my first car, which is the same car that I own now: a 2004 SVT Lightning.

Modifications include: cold air intake, lower pulley tune, stainless steel long tube headers, custom H pipe, cat back exhaust system, and ECU tune. In mid-summer heat it recorded just under 400 hp on the dyno which would be around 475 at the crank I believe. So it's about 100 horsepower more than stock. I've loved this car since the day I got it. If anything, it has further increased my passion for cars. I think it's pretty cool having something really unique as a first car. I don't see a lot of them anymore and I tend to get compliments wherever I go. I'm really not sure what my next car will be. I would really like to get a new 5.0 Mustang, but I can't really see myself letting go of my truck any time soon.
