The Gumball 3000 rally never fails to attract a staggering array of supercars. But this year's promises to be even more epic, with some specially-crafted vehicles set to take part. The other day we reported on a replica of Batman's Tumbler being built for the rally, and now we have another. The Rebellion R2K is as close to a Le Mans prototype for the road as any we've seen. It's the latest supercar commissioned by pro skier Jon Olsson, to join the custom Audi R8 and Lamborghini Gallardo in his garage.

This time Olsson teamed up with a former Koenigsegg engineer to transform the Ultima GTR, a Le Mans-style supercar that's already one of the fastest ever to hit the road, into the beast you see here. There's little information to go on, but Olsson will be driving it on the Gumball this year, so watch this space for more.
