Redline Motorsports has unleashed a 750hp Camaro ZL1 on the drag strip.
Redline Motorsports has just upped the 2012 Camaro ZL1-tuning stakes with a 750hp monster. The powerful American muscle car features a High Capacity Cold Air Intake amongst other tweaks for a 10.32-second 1/4-mile run at 134.79mph.
At stock, the 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 puts out an already-impressive 580hp from its 6.2-liter supercharged V8. Redline Motorsports utilized the aforementioned High Capacity Cold Air Intake System along with the stock 1.9-liter blower and catalytic converters with a density altitude of well over 1000 feet. A Redline Motorsports proprietary camshaft, upper and lower pulleys, headers, improved heat exchanger, performance torque converter and Mickey Thompson drag radials all help to enhance the ZL1's performance. Total output has been measured at over 750hp and 700 lb-ft of torque.
Apparently Redline Motorsports has even more tweaks planned for the 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, so stay tuned as we bring you the latest from the Florida-based tuning company.
