Red Bull Drifts Crazy Mountain Roads in China

Drifting

If you’re gonna go drifting, why not a mountain road with 99 corners?

We’ve seen them rip through the Lincoln Tunnel, make a record pit stop, and take a 900-hp race truck to the snow slopes. Red Bull is continuing to showcase how amazing it is by sending a couple of drift masters to the Tianmenshan Mountains in Northern China that has exactly 99 corners. Red Bull China’s Hong-Kong based drifter James Tang did battle with the Official Team Orange Japan driver Federico Sceriffo from Italy.

With a score of 96.5/100 and a 170km/h top speed, the Italian took the win and with it the title of: “Tianmenshan Mountain Drift King.”
