Some people believe Americans lack manners, taste, and refinement. Obviously anyone who makes those claims is a communist. That said, we'll admit that some Americans do things that visitors and the Manhattan and Brooklyn hipster type simply don't understand. In turn, rednecks don't (and really don't want to) understand those stuck up New Yorkers. And what you're about to see is something that no bike-riding hipster would ever appreciate.
