Renault Shows Off the Koleos Bose Special Edition

Special Edition

Renault is releasing an updated version of their successful Bose Special Edition for the Koleos SUV.

Yesterday we brought you the first photos of the Renault Clio RS Sport Auto Edition, of which the French automaker is creating only 99 units of. Today we have photos of an updated Renault special edition from 2011, this time based on the 2012 Koleos SUV. The 2012 Renault Koleos Bose Special Edition features (predictably) some serious upgrades from Bose, one of the most recognized names in automotive audio.

These include seven high-quality loudspeakers and a subwoofer along with a CD player complete with USB port, MP3 compatibly and digital connectivity. Bose badging around the SUV along with some aluminum colored pieces add to the Koleos' exterior styling. The Koleos comes with the Carminat equipment stage, meaning that in addition to the Bose special features, it also receives a 150hp 2.0-liter dCi diesel engine. Three power delivery configurations are available, including a six-speed manual for front-wheel-drive, a six-speed manual for all-wheel-drive and six-speed automatic transmission with all-wheel drive.
