Teamspeed has rendered the 2013 Alfa Romeo 4C Spyder.
Alfa Romeo is creating a Spyder variant of their 4C sports car for 2013, and the guys at Teamspeed are already at work guessing as to what it could look like. The 2013 4C Spyder should be powered by the stock's turbocharged 1.75-liter 4-cylinder engine with an output of 215hp. A 5-second 0-60mph time is expected on the open-top Italian car along with a top speed of 155mph. The two-seater could measure only 4m long and should remain an automatic.
Using an efficient dual-clutch setup, fuel economy should be pretty good. They also comment that with its carbon fiber build, the light Spyder could weigh in at less than 2,200lbs. In any case, we are looking forward to the 2013 Alfa Romeo 4C Spyder when it makes its debut sometime next year.
