Replica Group B RX-7 Sliding Around On The Pavement

Rally

More rotary sounds, please.

There a five syllables that are pure poetry to the ears of a gearhead: Group B rally car. Usually, when talking about Group B it’s in connection to something like the Audi Sport Quattro or the Porsche 959, but let’s not forget that Mazda took part as well, with a rotary-powered RX-7 that screamed like a banshee. And here we have a video of Jozef Beres driving his very excellent replica of said RX-7 very fast around some corners in the woods.

It is glorious to watch, and Beres’s driving does the magnificent car justice.
