The Global Rallycross is coming to Washington DC this weekend, and to let everyone know Red Bull has released this awesome video of Rhys Millen tearing through the city in a hi-po Hyundai Veloster Turbo. Passing by the capital's landmarks including the Washington Monument and Capitol Hill, Millen ends his riotous ride at the RFK stadium where he completes a hot lap on the gravel and dirt course that will be used for competition this weekend.

Red Bull has yet to reveal full details of the car, but Hyundai has previously said it features a modified 1.6-liter unit with a larger turbo and wastegate control system, as well as an aero kit, XTRAC central differential and rally-tuned suspension.
