Ever been interested in purchasing a used Rolls-Royce but just didn't trust the previous owner's wild ways? We thought so and so did Rolls-Royce. The automaker has just announced their new Provenance program (they won't dare to say the term "pre-owned"). It involves having each previously owned Rolls pass a strict list of standards in order to qualify.
Beginning with a full road test, cars are inspected by factory-trained technicians and must have been properly maintained by the previous owner before they can be sold through an authorized Rolls-Royce dealer. The automaker even adds on a two-year warranty, 24-hour roadside assistance, and free maintenance. Try getting that level of customer service when buying a used Toyota.
