It may just be the most perfect luxury coupe ever made.
There are very few cars like it in the world. Come to think of it, there may be nothing else that comes close. The Rolls-Royce Wraith, with a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 rated at 624 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, may be in a classification all of its own. Considering 0-60 mph happens in 4.4 seconds and top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph, the Wraith is actually the closest thing Rolls-Royce will ever come to building a sports car. Then again, it doesn’t drive or handle like a sports car.
It’s big, ridiculously heavy at 2.5 tons, and rear visibility is best when using the backup camera. And these are all things that perhaps make the Wraith the best Rolls-Royce ever. It’s certainly the most powerful car the UK-based automaker has ever built. It may just be the ultimate embodiment of the Spirit of Ecstasy.
